This wine blend is medium red with ruby highlights. The aromas hints are of rose and cherry. A cranberry-ish tinged finish is finely enhanced with smooth tannins. Excellent pairing with Beef short rib stew.

A darker, richer Bordeaux blend, savoury and w/o too much plump & plush. Black currants & dark plums, with a touch of cedar wood, cassis and a pinch of herbs. Beautifully poised & balanced, pure fruit, juicy acidity, polished, finely grained, dust like tannins. Good length & character. And brilliant value, too. Drinking very nicely right now.
