If you like bold and borderline overripe, over extracted, and in your face wines, then OK. But this is not Figeac as we came to know it. We like balanced, elegant, very identifiable and complex Figeac as it used to be done. So this is not for us. I know the scores are sky high with top wine tasters, we disagree with them, very clearly so… and are so very disappointed to see the new style. Selling our bottles.
