Color of light egg white, bubbly with a hint of green. Nose of nice ripe tropical fruits, like pineapple and banana, a bit spicy and acidic , a touch of mineral. Nose is nice. Taste is a nice balance of acidity, mineral, and tiny bit of sweetness, a bit more green apple, and a bit flowering note. Clean and enjoyable. Aftertaste is quite long with addition of zest, and warmth at the throat. Good summer blanc.
