Deep Ruby aromas of red/ fruits with pepper spice and oak notes. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry and plum, elegant, with notes of cinnamon spice & smoky oak on fine ripe tannins. Long finish, lively acidity, nice mouthfeel, ending with vanilla and earthy mineral tones, a joy to Sip!!

I don’t believe I’ve ever had anything from Bodegas Numanthia that I didn’t at least appreciate, much less enjoy. If memory serves I’ve had this label at least 4-5 times and have enjoyed each experience. Dark chocolate shavings, ground coffee, dried blackberries, plums, violets, and stale molasses on the nose with a mouthfeel that’s suave and nicely textured.
