Haven’t had a Fume Blanc in ages - guess I thought the name signified it was fermented or at least aged in oak, but not this. Garden carrot nose of gooseberry and Granny Smith apples, tart fruit on palate, zingy yet silky. Think NZ & Loire does SB much better
