I am so enamored with this wine. My first tantalizing glimpse of Fingers Lake riesling has piqued my excitement for a new season. A time for renewal, for shedding my winter skin, for enjoying the crisp, fleeting tang of bliss wherever I can get it. The Seneca River continues on its merry path, sloughing off the heavy dregs of stagnancy and darkness. If the river can do it, so can we. I wish I could remember where I bought this, but now I can’t find it on the websites of my usual wine stores. “Wine not found” must have been sent to me from beyond.
