Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops in this fantastic beer from Modern Times. Floral and fruity with a great dry finish and subdued malt profile. Great to see Nelson hops showing up in more beers. They really come through here. I wouldn't describe this as an amber at all.
