Canned lychee and lime bring forward the aromatics here. Heavy bodied wine with tropical style flavors, candied ginger, apricot jam, tangerine zest. A nice Gewurz with zippy acidity. Not as complex as some, yet enjoyable on a warm afternoon and perfect for a garden party.

Completely different impression this time. Loved the Mosel-Kabinett-like weight and freshness.

Had the 2022 in September of 2024. Slightly sweet with lychee and honeydew and honey. Soft and floral with a hint of sweetness that accented the lychee. Was an enjoyable wine. Sweeter than I usually drink, but tasty and I would drink again.

Great value, balanced, small RS, varietals correct and not too blousy.
