Beautiful nose of lemons, white grapefruit, white floral elements, and some black pepper and clove. Lots of delicious fruits open the palate: apricot, peach, orange peel with a soft hay like maltiness. Nice moderate, citrus fruit acidity carries the mid palate with some lingering mild bitterness reminiscent of citrus pith and clove. Soft carbonation gives a nice fluffy mouthfeel. Beautiful saison with excellent fruit/spice balance. The delicious flavors, dryness, and mild bitterness make this dangerously drinkable at 6.1%.
