Balanced and extremely drinkable, slight fizz. Crisp green apple, grass, floral and light flavors present.

This wine wasn’t dry but it was just more bitter than I like my whites. It was light and smooth while still being about 12% ABV.

100% Reisling from the Columbia Valley, and as mass market wines go this is one quite good albeit simple. Starts with enticing floral aromatics of Jasmine & Honeysuckle. While peach, pineapple with a bit of lemon zest come through on the medium-dry palate. Overall paired well with spicy homemade mac & cheese on a beautiful Monday evening. ($7) [7/22/19]

Initial tastes include but are not limited to cedar wood marinating in formaldehyde, sweat of a baboon sitting in a steam room next to a really awkward guy with peyronies syndrome, candied pickles. No tannins present however a slick layer of acidity makes this wine a joy when munching on pop corners in a bowl with stale tostitos. Highest quality producer ever.

Fairly flat. Pineapple. Honey. Nice acid.

Smells like a Riesling, tastes a little like a Riesling but nowhere near enough acidity to be "crisp and lively" like the label says... just sits on the palate like blah.

Chateau Ste. Michelle is the oldest winery in Washington with some of the most mature vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Pale lemon with aromas of ripe stone fruits and honey blossom notes, very typical of Riesling. On the palate flavors of crisp apple and peach with honey notes, lively acidity that serves best with food. Medium finish ending with mineral notes. For $11, great value.
