Showed like a sparkling Viognier with an elegant yellow fruit profile along with fresh cut flowers. Very soft & round, no tight tiny bubbles no bread, yeast or nutty flavors, just a suave smooth soft sparkler - not what I expected but not at all unpleasant

Light to medium golden yellow. Quite sweet on the nose with white floral notes, honeysuckle and tropical fruits like lychees. Even a touch caramelized. Moderate acidity (5/10) and light bodied. Palate was a little nutty, creamy, green apples, and fresh grapes. Drink till 2018. Very quaffable and great start to dinner.
