Perfect cool Sunday evening wine. big on the sour cherries and a whiff of violet. A lot of earth to this but also a note of licorice. And blueberry jam. Actually I now want to jelly this wine and put it on Sunday morning pancakes. But for now I’ll drink it Sunday night.
