Simple, subtle - lacking

No sake cups, so I made do with a handmade tea cup, for those who know their wabi from their sabi. Pale yellow white. Clean, yeasty nose. Dry, melon fruity with minerality and a hint of tangerine peel, litchi and spice. Simple, nuanced.

Subtle funky aroma. Taste like it smells. Very subtle funkiness but very enjoyable. Can’t believe there’s alcohol in this, it’s so smooth. Great mouthfeel. $12/bottle is fair.
