Perfect for what it is, a refreshing sparkling wine. Nice round grapey flavors with a medium sized bubble. Serves well as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to strong cheeses and charcuterie.

Bright and sweet red fruits, but there's some tannic earthiness that develops. Cherries, plums, strawberries, and raspberries, and gradually you'll see some violets and even a bit of tar. Cheap but the acid feels a bit lacking.
