This is the wrong photo. But, I love the Viognier. I don't know why people call it bitter.

It's OK when paired with food (like the Swedish Pork that we paired with it), but not good just for drinking it alone

Cloying, bitter aftertaste. Don't mess with Texas, indeed...

Agree with others. Maybe ok with food, but not alone.

A little flat of flavor but an enjoyable very dry wine. Dry for sure with a hint of sweetness at the end. Serve extra cold to get mock brightness of better Viognier.

Typical grocery store wine. Not bad, but nothing special. Indistinct citric and acidity help cut the slight sweetness. Needs to be really cold.

Really nice and pleasant - some citrusy granular notes throughout with a nice sharp finish. My first Texas wine tasting!

Tasty Texas Viognier . Great summer wine. Pairs well with poultry and light dishes, but also a nice contrast to spicier dishes such as East Indian cuisine. Mildly sweet but not overly so. Drank May 2023
