Light yellow in color. On the nose, grapefruits, lemons, limes, apricots, green apples, white pepper and kiwi. Full bodied and crisp, with medium plus acidity. Dry on the palate with grapefruits, lime, lemons, citrus, green apples, minerals and sea salt. Medium finish with limes and bitter almonds. Drinkable and simple good food wine. I paired it with cheese and crackers (by the lake).
