Interesting to see the evolution of Valpolicella Superiore - Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso on consecutive nights, which could be followed by a third - Amarone, but some of us need to work tomorrow :) More concentrated than Valpolicella Superiore, due to second fermentation. Darker cherry notes, med+ body, very smooth, medium finish.
