Deep ruby; medium intensity aromas of very ripe black cherry, pomegranate, potpourri, intense vanilla, sweet baking spices; dry, medium acid, medium ripe tannins, high alcohol, full body, pronounced intensity flavors consistent with aromas; long finish, very floral and perfumed on palate, decadent

Nice Zin blend from Turley. Always fruity with a nice finish. The price is right for this wine

Lighter than typical turley. Good for a hot day.

There is nothing junior league about the Turley Juvenile Zin. Most of the fruit is from ‘recently’ replanted sections of the famed plots that deliver Turley’s great single vineyard Zins. And ‘recently’ would pass for ‘in their prime’ to most producers at 10-40 years old. In any event, it’s a great wine at a bargain $25 with this youthful vintage showing creamy berries, a hint of tobacco and some really nice acidity. A great way to enjoy great Zin that’s ready to drink and priced to go with weekday dinner.

Translucent purple, light red fruit smell, light tannins with significant residual sugars. Quite nice.
