The NV Extra Dry Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore wafts up with a perfumed blend of freshly sliced nectarines and lime zest. This opens with a pretty inner sweetness complicated by a mix of zesty acidity and mineral-tinged orchard fruits. It finishes clean, yet a bit short. A candied citrus hint gradually fades. (Lot# L3.195) (Eric Guido, Vinous, December 2023)

The NV Extra Dry Prosecco Superiore holds nothing back with an extroverted bouquet of sweet exotic spice, vanilla bean and crushed apples. It’s rich and soothing on the palate, with a gentle bead of fine bubbles that gives way to ripe peach offset by a twang of sour citrus. While this tapers off a bit shorter than expected, it’s crisp and wonderfully refreshing. (Lot# 9206T5) (Eric Guido, Vinous, December 2021)

Incredibly balanced Prosecco, don't be fooled by Extra Dry. Wild flowers, white peach, citrus and apple with pretty minerality and perlage. Does not stall. Great starter!

Lemony with a bit of brine, slight honey quality, big minerality, custard, ripe pineapples, lime & grapefruit pit. Decent acidity & finish but the minerality is bitty and out of balance with everything else.

My wife, the prosecco expert, says this is one of the best she has had.

Does the job. Nice dry finish. Easy to drink and nice mouth feel- tiny foamy bubbles with good acid.

Great weight, nice fruitiness and just the right amount of sweetness.

Fresh, light, simple, inexpensive, and elegant (both the Prosecco and linguine with clam sauce). Lemon, apple, pear, white peach, elderflower, with a hint of spearmint and a touch of buttercream. More concentrated on palette than nose. Lol that in Prosecco-parlance 13g/L of sugar qualifies as “Extra Dry.” That said, there is enough acid here to keep this wine refreshing , balanced, and food friendly.
