Only the hint of lime and tropical fruits on the nose would lead to SB. Pear, gala apple, honeysuckle, and roasted almond. Rich palate but remains agile. Creamy texture. Great balance. Suggestion of sea breeze lead to a mineral driven long finish. Not your typical SB, but very well made and elegant. 10% Semillon, raised in 100% French oak barrel for 8 months. No MALO.
