Winemaker’s Notes: The 2019 Villa Paradiso Rose is from Napa Valley. The grapes are hand harvested and whole clustered pressed from mostly Cabernet Franc grapes. Aged in Stainless steel and neutral French Oak Barrels . Aged for 6 months sur lees to give it more complexity. <br><br><br /> <br />The wine has a nice light salmon color In the glass the wine is very aromatic with aromas of cantaloupe pear and gravel. It has a nice soft fresh attack and good mild mid-palate with a nice fresh long textured finished leaving you salivating and craving for more.
