I’m not sure what to say about this one because it was 2 completely different wines all within a 24 hour period. The first was a very nice, well balanced Barbera with a wonderful concentration of bright red fruit notes at the front of the palate with strong acidity and structure to balance everything. Not a superstar, but a great “food” wine. However, over the next several hours it devolved into something completely different - flat, sour with a finish that tasted like artificial sweetener. Really bad. Weird
