Sipping Fine Wine
Production of the 2013 was about 50% of the normal, thus real pricey. Pale lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruit with floral and yeasty mineral notes. On the palate, flavors of Apple and peach flavors with a touch of mineral and lemon zest, with an underlying crispiness, well balanced with acidity, long finish ending with mineral and nutty nuances. Truly a great wine, a bit pricey.

Was lucky enough to get to try this $125 bottle of wine, great but hard to rationalize the price tag. Production of the 2013 was about 50% of the normal, thus the price. Has a light yellow color with stone and tropical fruit aromas with hints of yeasty mineral tones. On the palate, Apple and peach flavors with a touch of lemon zest. The wine had a gentle underlying crispiness character, well balanced with acidity and lingered with mineral and nutty nuances on the ending. Truly a great wine. Tasting Sample.

Lean and focused this vintage. Golden apple skin, citrus peel, rainwater, cashew.

Ripe and floral-- good acidity but a little lackluster on the palate for a GC

My fave French white. Pear, peach and vanilla on the nose. Butter, citrus, hazelnut and a bit of anise mid. Clean, bright finish. LOVE!

Red delicious and white flower scents on open. A great balance between oaky chard and crisp SB. Butterscotch and cashew on the finish. Love Corton!

What a wonderful surprise. This Chardonnay has much more citrus and especially lemon than expected. The oak is evident but very subtle. Pairs well with lobster tail. This is a winner.
