First time with a Jean Francois Ganevat Quite mind-boggling There is an intensity with few precedents Purity and density From pear and vanilla topping to honey, marzipan, persimmoms, lemon curd... Ginger and cinnamon A bunch of mixed herbs So mineral, so rocky In balance with loads of tension like a bow ready to release a searing arrow Long and unforgettable Never had anything like it before and i si sincerely hope to meet it again Chapeau...happy to be able to get taken aback still...knowing that there is so much more in the world...another happy acknowledgement

This is not my best Ganevat, Chardonnay is what I prefer from him, but this wine is not the normal style out of balance, drinkable but thats it!
