The 2009 Grgich Merlot is my favorite, but this one is still lovely! Called the, "Cab lovers merlot" on the nose, strawberry, cherry, spice, and smoke. On the palette, raspberry, plum, leather, tobacco, with robust tannins. #youhadmeatmerlot #winepuns #napavalley

Has a wonder dark cherry after note, smooth finish but dry in the beginning, has a fruity flair but is still a little more robust than the average merlot. Not bland at all like the typical Merlots
