Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is a truly modern Australian style of gin crafted using a combination of Mediterranean citrus Asian spice and local Australian botanicals. Whole gin-steamed oranges and native lemon myrtle bring warm delicious Mediterranean citrus to the fore. Cardamom coriander star anise and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf add a bold hit of Asian spice. Balanced delicious and versatile Rare Dry Gin is at home in a perfect G & T garnished with fresh orange or a Martini with an orange twist. It also happens to be the perfect gin for a classic Negroni.<br />Four Pillars was awarded International Gin Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in late 2019. Other accolades include Double Gold medal San Francisco (Wine & Spirits 2014/16) – Double Gold New York WWSC 2017 – Gold Global Medal Gin Maters 2016.
