Blackberry on the nose and a little cherry up front. Well integrated tannins with a bit of menthol on the back end. Still needs more time, but should be very good!

Exceedingly soft-textured but the flavor profile is classic. Nose has tobacco leaf, warm gravel, ripe dark cherry and spice. In the mouth, it’s soft and clingy, with macerated, balsamic-infused dark cherry and leather. Acids are fairly low, accentuating the soft texture. Long finish. This is delicious for short-term drinking.

Beautiful cherry and tar. This is a seamless, elegant match for a tomato sauce- based dinner. Can be a little tannic without the food, but some intense flavors.

Nice Chianti Classico. Sangiovese with just a little Merlot and Syrah blended in. Dark berry and plum aromas and flavors with hints of slate, tar, graphite, chocolate and baking spices. Very Complex, Vibrant and tannic. Long finish. Thanks Keith S for serving this one!
