Great wine. Initially very meaty showing it’s Syrah core but opened up much more readily than the cote rotie. Great density and dark ref fruit

Relief after a first corked bottle. Really pretty. Needs 24 hours to really start showing. Very floral, delicate, but round and with fierce 2019 minerality, and generous fruit. Mellow citrus and yellow plum. Long savory aftertaste, a little bit buttery. Orange oil phenolics.

2019 in 4/23. Might be my favorite wine of the year so far and so making me wish I had a 2nd and 3rd btl. $45 from KL. Beautiful combo of orchard and stone fruit. Honey water. If there was such a term as "acid perfection", I'd use it here. Lovely! $45
