Nose of baked apple, raspberry, key lime pie crust, and light brioche. Clean and precise on the palate. Creamy mousse provides a rich feel. Nice bubble. The 17’ blends 53% PN, 44% Chard and 3% pinot gris. Tasted drier than 9g/l dosage suggested.
