Sipping Fine Wine
Blend of 88.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6.2% Merlot, 3% Petite Verdot, 1.1% Syrah, .5% Petite Sirah, .5% Malbec & .5% Cabernet Franc, aged for 17 months in 55% new French oak, deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits, oak and sweet spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, cherry and currants with tobacco and herb spice. Fine smooth lush tannins, approachable, long finish ending with fruit, oak, spice and herb mineral character. Nice!

Always nice! Dark purple color. Tasted more like Syrah than Napa Cab. Medium plus depth with chocolate, plums, and dark fruit. Higher OH than expected. Paired nicely with ribeye steak and jambalaya.
