Oyster shells, vivid limpid lemon, crystalline and bright. Beautiful definition on the midpalate. Very coiled still but great material.

A lot of fun. Obviously young but delicious. Tons of stone and acid

Pure, purity of light.

Still so young. Lemon, stone fruits, crushed rock, saline, I like its elegance & finesse with bracing acidity in an austere & linear style.

Very open and nicely perfumed. Fairly rich with a nice tail and acidity. Hints of salt marsh and faint salted licorice, but with kiwi, green fruit and buttered lemon towards the end.

Superb but very young. Has everything to become exceptional Montée. Even tastier at 45 euros a bottle at Parisian bistro.

Somewhat tart, delightful wine. Pair with goat cheese or oysters.

Young, but already classically pronounced. Bright quince spice, floral notes, as well as alluring crushed sea shells and minerality with brief notes of anise. Palate is round, elegant, and filled with bracing nerve and acidity without being overbearing, as usual. Very quiet at the moment but with the right cellar it should evolve gracefully and fantastically.
