Perfect with Filet. Balanced but made for the long haul. Taut tannins and earthy fruit combine for long, satisfying finish.

So damn good love this wine! Out of magnum drink now but can go 20 more years without blinking.

This wine is drinking perfectly right now. Had it side by side with a 2005 Gazin and the Lichine was much better.

Excellent example of a well aged Margaux. On the nose, leather, rose petals, graphite. In the mouth, secondary aged characteristics with leather, blood. Still has some remaining tannins. Good acid and long finish.

45+ minute decant. Dark cherry color. Napa on the nose but Bordeaux on the palate. Smoke, cherry, menthol, and some earth throughout. More fruit forward that most Bordeaux’s and very chewy. Definitely has years left in it. Decent value.
