Sometimes I wonder if it's possible to make bad Chardonnay in Oregon. Maybe Evening Land, St Innocent, Walter Scott, and Shea aren't the norm though

Nice tension between the lightly baked orchard fruit and zingy citrus acidity. A little more oak than my personal preference, but in no way overdone. Lovely, electric and understated in the style.

A little much on the oak and ML. Good fruit shines through

I want to swim in this wine. Back strokes while pushing it out of my mouth like a fountain. Very well integrated use of used and new oak, subtle and ripe, this wine gives me everything I am looking for in my picky style that I personally love. Not the biggest, nor the most balanced with tight acidity but damn is it ready to show up and show up for dinner.

This Chardonnay is growing on me. Crisp and has some coconut-y/vanilla thing going on.

Solid Willamette Valley Chardonnay that strikes a nice balance between fleshy richness and lively energy. Not dissimilar to a Cote de Beaune white on the richer side of the white Burg spectrum like Meursault. Pours a pale/medium (-) gold hue. Medium (+) concentration of aromatics of ripe yellow apple, honeydew melon, and Anjou pear, lemon curd, fresh brioche dough, hard cheese rind, saline, savory wet stone minerality, almond paste, and a bit of nutmeg spice. On the palate, more ripe yellow apple and honeydew, lemon curd, brioche dough, crushed chalk, wet stone minerality, heavy cream, and almond paste. Medium (+) acid, bone dry, medium (-) with a nice, slightly oily leesy texture. Does get a bit close to crossing the line into the "buttery" Chardonnay profile that I don't like as much but stays shy of actually crossing into that territory. Would be great with some sort of buttery scallop or crab dish.

Starting to show some nice bottle aged notes, brûlée, white flower, honey suckle. Good oak int. Framed with good acidity.

Light and crispchardonnay, not creamy or oaky. Interesting!
