This is ridiculously good. 85% Syrah and 15% Viognier from Southern Oregon, presents itself as light garnet. What a crazy gorgeous nose. Predominantly jasmine with intense floral notes and some smoke. Not heavy duty at all here, just all pleasing. More smoke and savoriness on the palate. Blueberries, citrus, forest floor, and herbs. Great finish with spice. Artfully crafted, playful, and just downright delicious.

So delicious & perfect for late summer grilling!! Fresh BlackBerries and dark earth and flowers. All of her winds have a certain lightness to them in a beautiful way

I usually will try any new world Cote Rotie blends I find but I am usually disappointed. This, however, was stunning. 85/15 Syrah Viognier blend. Very delicate floral notes on the nose, leads in to soft blue and black fruits and then very savory meat fat and herbs on the long finish. Seamless integration with tanin flavors and acidity. Remarkable refinement for such a new producer very good.

Bright, fresh, tart fruit. Pretty wound up. Strong herbal/menthol component. Kind of underripe. Angular. Nice wine.
