Zorzal Terroir Unico Pinot Noir 2016
...It's a very pure, fruit-driven, focused and clean Pinot Noir, varietal, aromatic and perfumed. This feels like a great vintage for Pinot Noir in Gualtallary. The palate reveals very fine, chalky tannins and a slight bitterness, with an herbal side that gives it character and makes it feel a little wild. Amazing quality for the price... Not usually a big Pino fan, but this one is pretty easy to drink. Blackberry, and sparks of light cherry. Let it open up for 30mins or so and you get more out of it.

Tight and crisp, medium acidity, light body. Minerality and a nose that is a tease of burgundy. Falls a little flat on flavor but you get minerality and dark cherry with a medium plus length on the finish. Might be a bit young, but enjoyable and it opens up more and more as you go.
