Vincent Dauvissat "Séchet" Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay 2014

Bright yellow. Tight nose hints at crushed stone and menthol, plus a whiff of petrol. Tactile, intense and clean; shows strong minerality and acidity...A lovely ripe peach flavor emerged with air. Stephen Tanzer, Vinous Media

Not as good as Les Clos, but still delicious!

A little too much wine for Chablis in my opinion but well made

Popped and poured at a restaurant. Great youthful color. The nose is memorable with citrus, stone, chalk and grapefruit notes. Nice acidity to match the rich fruit. Really good stuff.
