Beautiful and bold, the 2013 Guidalberto is one of the best editions of this wine ever made. It shows great energy and momentum with dark fruit, spice, tobacco and black truffle that come together with impeccable unity. I love the heft and power that supports this wine at the back... eRobertParker.com

This wine was a nice complement to both fish and beef from Peruvian fare. While somewhat young and tannic, the wine is nicely balanced with enough acidity to go extremely well with food. As a standalone I feel that more time in the bottle is required.

2013 Tenuta San Guido "Guidalberto" Toscano IGT- I was honestly expecting something really slutty from this one and I was totally wrong. Silky structure, good acid, well integrated fruit and oak. Very pretty wine. Tasted out of eonomatic, need to spend an evening with this one and report back. Youthful with great potential.

Second label Sassicaia. Big dark berry fruit with a spicy oak. Well balanced and structured. I am very pleased!

Beautiful vintage of this wine; perhaps the best I can remember tasting at this early stage. Lively and classically built-up structure. Now I understand the hype of '13 for Sass.

Not as impressive as I remember, maybe need a bit more time to express itself but still well made

Deep Ruby with red and black fruit aromas and herb spice. A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot the palate shows ruch fruit, cherries, plums and blueberries with tobacco, cacao and earthy/peppery spice notes, a real powerhouse of integrated flavors. Tannins are firm but approachable, a wine with a solid structure, yet elegant and smooth. This full-body wine’s finish was long, had a great mouth feel and was enjoyable. Decant first! Tannins are bit too young, but 90 minutes in the decanter helped. Surprisingly medium bodied.
