Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, currants, ripe plum, blackberry, hints of vanilla , leather, and oak with spice. On the palate, cherry, blueberry, vanilla, warm spice, minerals, with a medium-long finish of minerals, cherry, blueberry and vanilla. Medium to full body. Tannins are strong but nicely balanced. $140 at Total Wine.

One of the best Cabs I have ever had, soft and velvety with a mature nose and taste. Loved every drop.
