Ruinart Brut Champagne Pinot Noir Chardonnay Rosé Blend NV

$79.99

Orange-pink. Initially restrained floral and red berry aromas build dramatically, picking up notes of more exotic flowers and smoked meat while retaining vibrancy. Firm redcurrant and strawberry flavors offer impressive clarity and depth, with an exotic blood orange quality carrying into the finish. Really lovely stuff, offering an uncommon combination of flavor impact and finesse. Stephen Tanzer's IWC

So intoxicating! Nose presents almonds, toast and strawberries. Palate is clean and pristine. Nice consistency with the nose. Mousse is soft and refined. This producer is en pointe.

Celebrating Anne-Marie’s birthday in a beautiful location. Great moments to love and cherish. Ruinart is our favorite champagne at the moment...

Sofia in a stunning reversal of last weekend tells me she likes the Billecart Salmon Rosé over the Ruinart.

A nice switch up from the Billecart Salmon Rosé. On the nose; red fruit blend, fresh dark florals and red roses. The palate fruits are deeper/darker. Ripe; black cherries, black raspberries, strawberries, cherries w/ a touch of liqueur. Baguette crust, medium intensity of gray volcanic minerals, soft, powdery minerals with a touch of grittiness, beautiful acid and a rich, round, polished finish. Photos of; House of Ruinart, cellar, very old private cellar that I would love to dive into & one of their Grand Cru Vineyards. 375ml

A little break from the Billecart Salmon Rosé. The fruits are a little deeper & darker than the Billecart. Black cherries, black raspberries, dark cherries, cherries, strawberries, watermelon near the rhine, notes of citrus, soft smooth chalkiness that doesn’t penetrate the palate as deep or as sharp as the Billecart. Fuller bodied. The volcanic mineral are soft and beautiful. Micro bubbles and understated acidity that is still very nice. Brioche, saline, seashells, nicely textured and layered with a rich beautiful finish. Photos of; their house, Dom Thierry Ruinart, cellar and one of their vineyards.
