Priest Ranch Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

$31.95

Priest Ranch's philosophy is that all wines must stem from the land... Rich and velvety despite the underlying tannins, this has a certain grandeur. Very concentrated and forceful, with enough acidity to give it persistence... Decanter

Tried this wine at a high end tasting at Tinto. Brought a few bottles home. Broke out the Coravin to enjoy a full glass. This is a big boy and just my style. First impression is that it will definitely refine with some age but there is so to appreciate right now. Definitely recommend decanting an hour or more before drinking. Without decanting I am getting tobacco, leather, cigar box, black currant, blueberry, vanilla, and smoke. Nice structure and balance.
