The 2013 Pinot Noir Savoy Vineyard captures the essence of this Anderson Valley site. Nuanced and finely sculpted throughout, the 2012 is all about detail. Edgy yet nicely-integrated tannins give the 2013 its sense of energy and tension. Hard candy, spices and rose petals add complexity to the intensely perfumed finish. This is another strong showing from Peay. Vinous Media, Antonio Galloni
