The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Sonoma County contains 4% Sémillon and opens with loads of stone fruits: white and yellow peaches, apricot and quince, with wet stone, gooseberry, cut grass, lime pith and an underlying spicy layer. The palate is light to medium-bodied, gregarious and energetic—full of flavor and with tangy acidity to lift the long, mineral-driven finish. I love the bright personality of this wine!... A blend of 89% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon and 4% Sauvignon Musque pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with smoky flinty notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, melon and lemon citrus notes with nice balance, crisp medium finish ending with stony mineral notes. Nice value!

Cantaloupe and citrus on this Sauv Blanc. If you close you eyes and ponder enough you’d swear it was almost enough to hint of lifesavor candy or bubblegum. The lightest lemon curd and just the right balance of acidity for me. 13.8%
