With 14% Sémillon in the blend, this is a fleshy, robust white that displays tropical fruit and oak in equal measure. Rich and creamy, it appeals in tangerine, mango and Tahitian vanilla, lifted by vibrant acidity. Wine Enthusiast

Bright straw gold with almost rosey highlights. Inviting nose of underripe pear and balsa wood. Echoed on the “2%-milky” (I.e., not quite “creamy”) palate adding lime rind and a hint of limestone. Medium full mouthfeel and medium plus acidity round it all out. Excellent expression of the California lightly-Fumê style SB. Weighty enough for roasted poultry and firmer fish, but still lithe enough for greens and shellfish. Not on the way out but I wouldn’t hold much beyond 2023.

Tried this again, Pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and grassy floral notes. On the palate pineapple and melon flavors, lime with an underlying sweetness, crisp and refreshing with vivid acidity. Medium finish, good balance ending with citrus mineral characteristics. Nice! Consistent!
