Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne Rosé 1988

$549

Pale orange. Extraordinarily complex aromas of raspberry, strawberry, smoke, truffle, clove, Burgundian underbrush, brown butter, mint and game. Huge, rich and mouthfilling; glyceral and seamless, yet this dances on the palate. Intriguing minerally hint of gunsmoke. As complex as a great grand cru red Burgundy. Finish builds and builds. This has gained substantially in richness in the past year. Stephen Tanzer
