$44.95

This is a deep red/purple-colored, stylish, sexy concoction of raspberries, graphite, smoke, minerals, and flowers. The complex aromatics are followed by a medium to full-bodied, seamless St.-Julien displaying velvety tannin, medium body, and sweet, concentrated fruit in a stylish, well-constructed, elegant style. The tannin is unobtrusive and well-integrated... Robert Parker

This was throwing surprisingly much sediments. I'm a BIG fan of 2001 Bordeaux but was hoping for a bit more from this producer. I know the general consensus is that unfiltered wines per definition are better but I personally think this could've benefitted from a (slight) filtration. A super solid wine that is easy on the wallet and still very recommendable.
