Deliciously old school, structured, restrained Zin. Nose has pure spicy blackberry fruit, a whiff of maple syrup, and some almost Tuscan-style dry gravel underneath. Full flavored but with zero jamminess, it’s got the acid and tannin and ripeness to age for many more years. A classic.
