Incredible wine. Sweetness balanced by the grape's bitterness. Lots of savory cheese rind and meat aromas, black tea, saffron, cinnamon, cumin, rose Turkish delight. So complex. I just don't know I'd have occasion to drink it. I would really like it with a Katz's pastrami on rye.
