Soft with dark plum and black cherry. Some dried herbs notes. Supple, softened with the age. Really lovely and pretty and balanced. Certainly Life ahead, but really great now. Excellent

A friend brought a 1991 Mag of Araujo Estate Eisele Vineyard, we believe the 1st. Vintage. When first opened it had a little funk. Decanted for 2-hrs. This wine was beautiful, it had no bricking, deep ruby color. The nose had cassis, leather, cedar, & a hint of red & black fruit. The mouth feel was decadent with velvety tannins. In the palate black currant, cedar, touch leather & earthiness. Very impressive & paired wonderful with a rid roast with trumpet mushrooms! Thanks Rick
