I keep this in the wine cabinet. This 2018 was opened Aug 2020 and is dry, smooth and earthy. Taste of fruit but not clearly apple, pear or peach. Wonderful with seafood and tonight it was grilled salmon. Recommended as reasonable cost and great taste.
