Very elegant with silky, polished tannins and lovely floral notes of violet. Leather, black cherry, blueberry, warm wood notes of delicate vanilla, espresso, mocha, tobacco leaf and a background note of mushroom and vanilla. Good long finish. This wine is 47% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.

Tasting Group. My 3rd, group 5th. BD distanced tasting @ Corison Winery. Cherries and hints of peppermint in the aromas. Complex, full 2/o being too big.

Loved this wine. Super intense with lots going on. Rich in flavor with tons of cherry and tar but with a robust structure that makes this one seem like a keeper for a few years at least. I'm keen to try it in 2028.
